Sometimes the first strike is all you need, be it a life challenge or a tough opponent. This review is going to talk about self-defense techniques for facing the later. I found the First Strike system when I trained with one of the creators, and a great guy, Todd Lamb.

There is a lot that can be covered when it comes to being a warrior – Nutrition, education, fighting, meditation, gear, exercise, and more. What I want to do is cover as many different aspects of being a warrior as I can and recommend only the best products and gear to my members and students.

First Strike is a video program created by Todd Lamb and Ari Knazan of Alpha Nation. Todd has a law enforcement and special forces background (Canadian, Eh?) and Ari is a martial arts expert. AlphaNation is a men’s lifestyle site where men of all ages can learn anything from fighting to tying a tie through the Members Club.

First Strike was developed so that anyone, with or without previous training in martial arts or other fighting styles, can benefit from it. The videos are beginner friendly and include techniques adopted by law enforcement and military trainers. As you may know, I’ve personally practiced martial arts for over 35 years and wrote a little-known book called The Fundamentals of Freestyle Goju-Ryu, so I’m not easily impressed.

The best way to master the 17 moves covered in the program is to put them to use, right? To do that, you’re going to need a practice buddy. This isn’t something you can really practice by yourself, so that’s a drawback. However, if you do purchase this program and need a buddy to practice with, you can check the Navy SEAL app for someone near you that would be also interested. You might have a great time, learn new moves, and make a new friend in the process.

For just $29‒less than one month of karate lessons, you’ll learn more from these videos than in those karate lessons because the video course won’t hold back and gives you everything you need to know from the start. It’s definitely worth the money for the main content but also the bonuses Todd threw in. Oh! There’s also a 60-day money back guarantee if you don’t like it. Once again, I can only stand behind someone who stands behind their product.

You’ll learn 17 effective moves in just a few days. Yes! This is Navy SEAL Approved! These moves will prove useful if you practice them often until they become instinctive and you will dominate anytime you go to blows.
