I am excited to do this Fresh Pressed Olive Oil Club Review as my favorite brain fuel is healthy extra virgin olive oil.

Fats are the building blocks of every cell in your body—literally the foundation of what makes you—you! In fact, your brain is the fattest organ in your body and consists of up to 60 percent fat. To maintain and refuel your brain cells, you need plenty of good, healthy fat in your diet.

Almost every health expert will tell you that olive oil is one of the best fats. But there’s a problem with most of the olive oil out there. It is either not real olive oil, or it’s not good olive oil.

What type of fat do I recommend?

Hands down, Fresh Pressed Olive Oil Club is EVOO—extra virgin olive oil—just like it was for the mighty Roman legionaries who conquered the world.

That’s why I’m so excited about this Fresh Pressed Olive Oil Club and tasting this product!

When you shop for olive oil, be sure to buy extra virgin. One of my guidelines for all food is, “If God made it, then it’s fine, and try to eat it in the same form that God made it.”

That’s why I prefer extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). It’s the only grade that retains its natural phenols (antioxidants) and other health-promoting compounds. EVOO is cold-pressed, meaning it’s not extracted using high heat or harsh chemicals. It’s minimally processed, leaving in all the wholesome nutrients that God meant it to have.

Other olive oil grades, such as “virgin,” “pure,” or “light,” have been industrially refined, and the healthful phenols destroyed.

This is a tough one. Every product I review I LOOK FOR SOMETHING negative to point out and this is the first one to have me stumped. The only thing I can think of is that I run out so quickly! Sorry, best I can do…

The initial price is a no-brainer, $1.00 to try a bottle! If you don’t like it, just tell them and you keep the bottle. After that, you can choose between large or small bottles depending on how much you use. I know they run sales at different times, so I don’t want to put any prices on this one as they change. I can tell you that if you understand how good this stuff is and you’re willing to pay more than you would at a store, the price is well worth it.

Without a doubt, Fresh Pressed Olive Oil Club Review is indeed Navy SEAL Approved! This is my #1 food recommendation and one of the easiest ways to improve your health.
